The ENDOLEADERS project is a qualifying round within the «Japanese School of Endoscopy» that will take place on November 9, on the third day of IEEF2019.
The 40 finalists of the ENDOLEADERS project will study Japanese endoscopy with teachers and experts from the National Cancer Center of Tokyo.
 
Specially formed training area, bio-models and simulators, endoscopic equipment of Olympas company, will allow participants to practice in small groups in the four training zones:
- EGD,
- Colonoscopy,
- Endoscopic resection of the mucous membrane,
- Hemostasis.
 
Selection of the most advanced endoscopists of Russia which will take place from April 19, 2019 to October 10, 2019.
The final list of participants will be posted on the Forum website in the ENDOLEADERS project section until October 18, 2019.
 
The All-Russian Competition "ENDOLEADERS" will be held in 7 regions of the Russian Federation, reaching more than 30 cities.

Council of experts (teachers) of the ENDOLEADERS interregional interactive training tour:

As part of the qualifying round, it is planned to conduct training on basic issues of diagnostic endoscopy, practical skills assessment and discussion on bowel preparation issues, basic lectures on technical and methodological issues of colonoscopy, interactive training on the interpretation of endoscopic examination, testing.
 
The goal of the ENDOLEADERS project is to identify the best endoscopists, the winners of the qualifying interactive round. The leaders will be enrolled in the "Japanese School of Endoscopy".
 
Criteria for inclusion in the first stage:
1. Basic skills for performing diagnostic colonoscopy and esophagogastroduodenoscopy
2. Performing at least 300 colonoscopy per year
3. The equipment on which the doctor works - video devices, with the possibility of examination in the conditions of virtual chromoscopy
4. Independent practical experience in the administration of bowel preparation drugs 
5. Priority: doctors who have actively participated in “IEEF 2017”, “IEEF 2018”, as well as in other educational conferences over the past 2 years
6. Experience in endoscopy from 3 to 10 years, not older than 45 years old
7. Opportunity and consent to participate in a long-term project 
 
Stages of a competition:
1/ participation in the interregional interactive training tour according to the qualifying rounds schedule 
2/ the winners of the qualifying round will be enrolled at the “Japanese School of Endoscopy”, participation on November 9, 2019
 
Attention! Limited number of participants. 
The number of applications submitted by the head of endoscopy service from one to five.
 
NB! Filing an application does not guarantee participation in an inter-regional online training tour. The Council of Experts reserves the right to refuse an application if the number of participants is exceeded.
